Your Voice Box is the cartilaginous structure at the top of the trachea ... just kidding ... The Your Voice box is a box in the TBT High School Department and a place on the Light:source web-site.  The Your Voice box is an opportunity for you to have your voice heard in the form of: comments, complaints, suggestions, questions, jokes, opinions, etc. . . concerning almost any topic.  These questions are looked at by the assistant director of the Light:source, his wife Rikki, and Youth Pastor Kelly Beitel.  These submissions are then answered and/or responded to during the Light:source events and are also posted on the web site.  The YV box has existed since January of 1999 and submissions first appeared on the site in April of 1999.  Duplicate submissions are not posted more than once.  The submissions on the site are posted as received.  We do not alter the content in any way (spelling, clarity, etc.).  The presence of the letters NPS (Non-Public Submission) or the presence of 7 mustard stars [*******] (previously white or green) indicates the submission has been hidden from the view of the public due to offensive content or length or at the web servant's discretion.  YV Submissions are written in black if they were received in the physical box at the TBT High School Department and are written in white (previously blue) if they were received via the web site.  The response is written in mustard (previously red).  These submissions are completely anonymous unless a person decides to sign them.  When signed, all names are withheld unless they are specifically authorized to be released by that person.  If the submissions are of a sensitive nature and/or when someone may discover who the author is, they are kept from the site and the Light:source. If a personal response is necessary, that is always possible. We would like to encourage you to please feel free to contact us.
